Personalisation
The majority of our products come with personalisation. Please be aware that some items may have a limit on the amount of characters you can have. These limits are placed on items to ensure that your personalisation looks it best.
Embroidery
In order to personalise your clothing items we use holding hoops. This means it is quite common that due to the holding hoops clamping around the garment that an outline can be seen from where the hoop has been. These mark are not permanent and will wash out. Once the item has been washed prior to its first wear this will resolve any marks from the hoop.
Size Guide
We understand that buying online can always be difficult to know what size to buy. We use various suppliers and sizing can vary, there is size guides available for our products and encourage that customers message prior to ordering if you require a size guide. Most customers say that sizing is true to size but this varies from customer to customer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the responsibility of any details entered in error. We ask all customers double check all details and spellings are correct when entering personalisation.
Caring for your items
All orders will receive care instructions, please make sure your read these carefully. All items must be washed prior to first wear or use. Please ensure you stick to these instructions to ensure your item stay at the best quality. For household items or items that cant be machine washed these should be cleaned by hand only with warm water. Dishwasher cleaning is not advised.

Orders including "PRE ORDER" itemsAny order that contains items which are described as "PRE ORDER" in the title will have their approximate turn around times detailed in the item description. Any orders which contain "PRE ORDER" items will be dispatched as soon as the whole order is ready and complete. It is the customers responsibility to check item descriptions in full and should understand the description and all of our terms and conditions prior to ordering.
DeliveryWe always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. All parcels are shipped with Royal Mail, this allows customers to track their orders. We only share only details which are necessary to the delivery of your order. By placing your order, you confirm to the agreement of this taking place. We accept no responsibility for any details entered incorrectly and ask customers to check details are correct before placing their order.
Love It Personalised accepts no responsibility for any parcels which are returned to us for failed delivery or collection. If no claim for these items are made within 10 days of their return date they will no longer be able to be claimed and will be disposed of. Redelivery charges and any further charges applied from Royal Mail will need to be paid for before the order is sent out again. If safe places are selected neither Love It Personalised or our Royal Mail are responsible for your parcel once it has been left in these locations. By placing your order you agree to these terms.
Missing Order
Missing orders are very rare however, there are times when orders can go missing. All orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail which allows our customers to track and trace their parcels and chose alternative arrangements for their delivery. We do not accept any responsibility any parcels lost or deemed missing after alternative arrangements are made. Royal Mail track and trace ensure majority of parcels are delivered on time and are delivered successfully in the correct place to the right person. We assure you that we will assist in everyway we can of an order has been lost.
placing your order, customers agree that investigations will be launched into missing parcels. If suitable and sufficient evidence is provided by Royal Mail that orders have been delivered we will not be able to accept any responsibility. However, if Royal Mail suggest the order has been lost we will inform customers of the next steps. Please also note that investigation times can take up to a few weeks to complete.
Modification to the service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change at any given moment without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
